NATIONAL PATRON

LARWAL BARWA, AIG (RTD) CON, mni.

Served as commissioner of Police in Bauchi, Abia, Rivers, and Delta States, and rose to the rank of Assistants Inspector General (AIG) before he retired. He was one of the early officers who joined the force with the Rank of Inspector when the Police College, Ikeja was established.

Presently serving as a permanent member of the Police Service Commission (PSC).

A Nigerian Publisher, politician, and Business Entrepreneur.

He is the CEO and Publisher of APC NewsOnline, and a two-time Commissioner of Information to Kogi State Government.

He has received many Awards and Honors for his work in the Media, Politics, and Philanthropy.

He’s a fellow of the Civilian Institute for Democratic Studies, Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics, Ghana, Fellow of the Institute of Purchasing and Supply, and holds a Higher Diploma in Purchasing and Supplying and a B.Sc. in Mass Communication.
