Action Peoples Party (APP) has swept the 22 local government areas out of the 23 councils declared by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission (RSIEC).
The Chief Electoral Officer and Chairman of RSIEC, Justice Adulphus Enebeli (retd) made the declaration at the Collation Centre in Port Harcourt shortly after the election
