After hearing his death, popular Nigerian musician, David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido who is a close friend of the prime minister of Cote d’Ivoire took to his Instagram page on his story to mourn the death of prime minister Hamed Bakayoko.

Davido also recounted their last encounter online where he (Davido) took to his Instagram DM to tell the man he will like to visit him this past December. In the chat, the Prime Minister asked Davido to video call him but Davido never called. He shared it with a broken heart emoji showing remorse for the disappointment.
