No More Faction In Akwa- Ibom APC – Sen. Enang

As the 2023 election gathers momentum, a frontline aspirant for the governor of Akwa-Ibom state, Senator Ita Enang, has denied the purported rumours of two faction in the All Progressives Congress, APC, chapter in the state.

 

Enang disclosed this while speaking to journalists after purchasing his expression of interest and nomination forms at the party’s national Secretariat Abuja, Tuesday.

 

According to him, “there is no more faction in Akwa Ibom APC. All the interest have sank into one family and the family is All Progressives Congress, APC under the leadership of president Muhammadu Buhari and the national chairman Senator Abdullahi Adamu.

 

“We will conduct the contest under one leadership in one venue with one candidate and one winner will emerge in the gubernatorial, senatorial, house of representatives, and house of assembly elections. We will come up with one candidate each”.

 

Speaking on What he will bring to the table if emerge as the state is tired with the misrule of PDP. he said, “I will bring to the table accountability, change in the mode of doing things, in the manner with which we generate funds in the state and the national level.

 

“Attracting and working more with federal agencies to be able to bring development to the state and giving attention to agriculture, education and declaring emergency on the development of the youth and human infrastructures,” he said.
