The about our party cannot be hidden...We are making phenomenal progress

Gamji As A Golden Example

As the 2023 general elections reaches a crescendo, with political practitioners and gladiators locked in a supremacy contest, trumpets and propaganda are being horned here and there and in the ensuing cacophony and seeming environment of chaos, created particularly by paid praise singers born of the exigencies of the moments, new names and sometimes political novice with deep pockets seems to have found their opportunity in the bid to hoodwink the masses and portray themselves as champions of the people, especially our people, the people of Anaebira. But despite the ploy and plan of these desperate and ostentatious lot, the deep truths and facts cannot be concealed. And right thinkers and men of reason cannot and will not be swayed.

The indelible imprints of the real heroes and legends of Kogi central cannot and will not be lost in the excitement and euphoria of the moment. Kogi central, the people of Anaebira knows their own, those who have stood steadfast by their side through thick and thin.

Who have echoed and championed the interest of the common man, whether in public or private station. Some towering personalities and names will definitely stand out as testament to the above assertion.

But one particular man, whose uncommon and glorious commitment to the cause of Anaebira and Kogi central deserve to be singled out anytime, any day, even to serve as a standard for these teaming new commers, political wannabe and even established political juggernaut in Kogi central is Alhaji Sanusi Abubakar Gamji.

Humble, honest and benevolent, he has been an untiring advocate for a people and service oriented politics.

A grassrooter, who is an ardent believer in the human and material potential of Kogi state and kogi central in particular, he has consistently mobilized and lead several movements for the renaissance of the state and the district both on the political, social or cultural level.

According to his development ideology, Kogi central and Anaebira is too endowed and by such basic poverty should be alien to its people. Single handedly he has fostered a number of initiatives and projects designed to alleviate poverty, empower the youths, care for the sick as well as give voice to the downtrodden.

While he has had a multitude of national recognitions and awards, he has deliberately chosen to focus his development aspirations to Kogi central, premised on the assumption that charity begins at home.

That one must cure the illness in ones home before attempting them outside. And that the people of Anaebira must anchored its developmental philosophy on the principles of brotherhood, empathy, egalitarianism, equity and mutual respect. A man of man strides, he believes that leadership has continued to be a standing problem for the district and that leadership at every level down to the ward must be accountable for every use and deployment of power and that we could always do better than the last effort.

In Alhaji Sanusi Abubakar Gamji, Anaebira has an epitome of will and greatness and a prospect of what the future holds for our beloved Anaebira. May Allah in his infinte conception favour him as the pendulum of political power swings anew with the impending new dispensation.
