The cream of the business community in Nigeria’s commercial capital, Lagos, listened with rapt attention as Plateau State Governor Simon Lalong described the presidential candidate of ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, as a personality renowned for turning waste to wealth.
Lalong spoke today during the ongoing town hall meeting and dialogue between Tinubu and the business community/Organised Private Sector (OPS) in Lagos.
Further pouring encomiums on one of the nation’s frontline businessmen, the Governor stressed that Nigeria needs such leader, insisting that Tinubu will make a better president than all others in the race to Aso Rock.
Lalong, who doubles as Director-General (DG) of APC Presidential Campaign Council (PCC), said Tinubu is the best man for the job.
Lalong stated: “For us in APC, marketing Tinubu/Shettima to the business community is not a difficult task because Asiwaju is a successful businessman who has built prosperity. Tinubu is passionate about bringing prosperity to all Nigerians.”
He implorted the business community to support Tinubu because he is eager to partner with them in creating jobs and building a prosperous economy.
